If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will communicate any major delays directly by email.

Rooted Creations is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing.
